Tayninh Company: 2024 Annual Results
Tayninh Company has published its financial statement for the year 2024. At its meeting on April 25, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the accounts for the year ending December 31, 2024. No investments were made this year, leaving the company without operational activity.
Despite this inactivity, the company recorded a profit of €586,454. This amount will be proposed for deferral at the General Meeting scheduled for June 11, 2025. After allocation, the previous negative balance of €767,488 would be reduced to €181,034.
The meeting of the Joint General Assembly will be held at Tayninh's headquarters in Paris.
