Tenstreet Unveils AI-Powered Features for Improved Driver-Carrier Communications

During the 2024 User Conference in Las Vegas, Tenstreet, a prominent software solutions provider for the trucking industry, introduced a series of new features designed to enhance communications between drivers and carriers. The CEO of Tenstreet, Tim Crawford, highlighted the release of 35 new capabilities, marking the company’s largest update at a user conference. These innovations incorporate advanced AI technology and are set to be available in the carrier dashboard and Driver Pulse from Monday.

The release includes Pulse+, a new platform that utilizes generative AI to automate communications, aiming to free up recruiter time and allow for instant responses to inquiries during off-hours. The platform also introduces pre-application messaging, enabling job seekers to communicate with carriers before submitting applications. This feature helps align driver preferences with carrier requirements, streamlining the recruitment process.

Additionally, the integration of geolocation features through TruckMap offers new on-the-road efficiencies, allowing drivers to share routes and receive location-based messages such as ‘Welcome Back’ and traffic enforcement warnings. These enhancements are designed to improve operational transparency and responsiveness.
