TERACT Reports Modest Revenue Growth Amid Economic Challenges
Paris-based TERACT announced a slight increase in its annual consolidated revenue for 2024-2025, reporting €895.2 million, marking a 0.1% rise on a reported basis and a 1.2% increase like-for-like. This growth comes despite a challenging economic environment characterized by weak consumer confidence and fluctuating inflation.
In the Garden Centre/Pet Retail segment, revenue increased to €752.6 million. The company celebrated the success of its Marketplace and growth in its exclusive brands. The Food Retail division faced a slight decline, reporting €142.6 million, down 0.9% from the previous year.
CEO Moez-Alexandre Zouari highlighted the strategic expansion of TERACT’s flexible franchise model, especially in response to rising market competition. Despite these hurdles, the company successfully launched new initiatives, including redesigned websites and e-commerce platforms, which contributed to double-digit growth in this area.
