Terms of participation in the Medincell General Meeting
Medincell will hold its Combined General Meeting on September 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the head office in Jacou. All shareholders are invited to participate, either in person or by following the live broadcast on the company's website.
Remote voting via the Votaccess platform will be open from 22 August 2024 at 10:00 a.m. to 11 September 2024 at 3:00 p.m., allowing shareholders to exercise their rights without being physically present. A videoconference will also be held on 4 September 2024 to present the resolutions.
All preparatory documents for the General Meeting, including the notice of meeting and draft resolutions, are available on Medincell's website. Shareholders are encouraged to consult this section regularly.
