Tevir Capital Reduces Stake in VerticalScope Holdings
Tevir Capital LP Ltd. has announced a decrease in its ownership of subordinate voting shares (SVS) in VerticalScope Holdings Inc. Tevir sold 259,400 SVS, equivalent to 1.39% of the company's issued and outstanding shares, on November 19 and 20, 2024, through market transactions.
Before the sale, Tevir held 10.14% of the company's SVS. Following the transaction, they now control 1,629,293 SVS, representing 8.73% of the shares. As a result, Tevir is no longer a 10% holder, exempting it from further early warning filings under Canadian securities laws.
The securities were sold for investment purposes. Although Tevir's current ownership is below 10%, they may adjust their holdings based on future market conditions.
