TF1+ introduces micropayment on its platform
On September 1, 2025, TF1+ launched a new micropayment feature, a first in the streaming industry. This mobile-inspired model aims to diversify the TF1 group's revenue streams beyond traditional advertising. Users can opt for microtransactions starting at €0.69, giving them access to ad-free content, previews, and additional content.
By enabling these microtransactions, TF1+ is seeking to strengthen its ability to offer premium content and adapt to new digital consumption habits. This strategy offers a model distinct from the major SVOD platforms, allowing users to pay only for the content that interests them.
