Thales Annual General Meeting 2024 Results

The Thales Annual General Meeting, held on 15 May 2024 in Paris and led by Chairman and CEO Patrice Caine, successfully approved all proposed resolutions, with an 87.71% quorum. The resolutions included the approval of the 2023 financial statements and a dividend payment of 3.40 euros per share, of which 0.80 euro had already been paid as an interim dividend.

Key approvals also featured compensation packages for the Chairman & CEO and board members, the appointment of an Auditor for sustainability reporting, and financial delegation authorities to the Board of Directors. Notably, the meeting appointed Ruby McGregor-Smith as an independent director, alongside the reappointment of Loïc Rocard.
