Thales: Update on Shares and Voting Rights for September 2025

Thales, a leading company in the aerospace and defense sector, has released its latest figures for the number of shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2025. The company reported owning 205,941,913 shares. This corresponds to two categories of voting rights.

The theoretical number of voting rights stands at 301,955,927. These rights include all the shares eligible for participation in voting processes, regardless of any restrictions. Meanwhile, the exercisable voting rights, those actually available to shareholders, total 301,594,711.
