The Fresh Factory Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid
The Fresh Factory B.C. Ltd. has announced the renewal of its normal course issuer bid (NCIB) after receiving approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. This renewal allows the company to repurchase up to 3,968,041 subordinate voting shares, equivalent to about 10% of its public float, over a 12-month period starting December 2, 2024. The NCIB aims to purchase shares through open market transactions, adhering to TSXV policies.
During the NCIB, the company cannot buy more than 2.0% of its issued shares within any 30-day period. Purchased shares will be canceled, and acquisitions will be funded from the company's working capital. The company and its insiders have no current intention to sell shares under this program.
