The FREY company updates information on its voting rights and capital

In accordance with current legislation, in particular article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, FREY has updated the figures relating to its capital social security and the number of voting rights. As of April 8, 2024, the number of shares making up the capital stands at 32,250,098. As for the voting rights, they are divided into 32,250,098 theoretical voting rights and 31,743,548 exercisable voting rights.

The distinction between theoretical and exercisable voting rights reflects the exclusion of shares that are deprived of voting rights. This update helps provide necessary transparency to investors and the market regarding FREY's current capital structure.
