The Grounds Sells All Residential Units of "Maggie" Project in Berlin

The Grounds Real Estate Development AG has completed the sale of all residential units in the "Maggie" project, located in Berlin-Lichtenberg, as announced on April 24, 2024. This project, part of a re-densification initiative on Margaretenstrasse, includes 27 new owner-occupied apartments that were on the market for less than 18 months despite tough economic conditions.

Of the 27 units, 23 apartments are in a newly built structure in the courtyard area, and four are part of an attic conversion. Located in Weitlingkiez, the property promises a high quality of life in a quietly burgeoning area with excellent public transport connections. Notably, the entire project is on track for completion by summer 2024.

Jacopo Mingazzini, a board member at The Grounds, remarked on the project's success, attributing it to the strategic alignment of location, quality, and design with market demands. This announcement coincided with the completion of other projects by The Grounds, including the fully sold and handed over Property Garden in Magdeburg and the LennéQuartier project.
