The HERIGE Group finalizes the sale of its trading activities with the SAMSE Group
The HERIGE group has announced the conclusion of the sale of its materials, public works and natural stone trading activities to SAMSE. This sale includes the entities VM Matériaux, LNTP and Cominex, finalized after obtaining regulatory approvals and customary consultations with employee representatives.
This operation is part of HERIGE's approach to refocusing on carpentry and industrial concrete. From May 1, 2024, these activities will no longer appear in the group's financial statements. Additional details on the financial impacts of the transaction will be disclosed shortly.
