Datametrex Sets Closing Date for Its Financings

Datametrex AI Limited has announced the closing date for its non-brokered private placement and subscription receipt financing. The company plans to finalize both offerings on November 14, 2025. These financings aim to raise up to $4 million through the issuance of 50 million shares at $0.08 each. Additionally, up to $1.3 million is expected from issuing 16.25 million subscription receipts at the same price.

The proceeds will fund business expansion, development of new locations, and the integration of Yuzu Payment Solution into Datametrex's technology division. Finder's fees may apply, following TSX Venture Exchange policies. Issued securities will have a four-month plus one-day hold period, as per Canadian laws.
