(TSXV:MYLK)(OTCQB:MYLKF)(FRA:J94) announced a strategic review to focus on core activities driving long-term growth. The review will evaluate potential commercial alliances and asset divestitures. Interim leadership will be directed by board members Kevin Phelps, Scott Carter, and Qing Meyerson.
Founder and CEO, Julia Stamberger, will transition to President, focusing on business and brand development. Kevin Phelps is appointed as Chairman of the Board. Directors Scott Carter and Qing Meyerson will support commercial operations and the review process, respectively.
