The Platform Group AG: Successful Annual General Meeting

The Platform Group AG held its Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2024 at Elbroich Castle, Düsseldorf. The meeting saw the participation of over 40 shareholders, who engaged actively with the company’s leadership. CEO Dr. Dominik Benner and Board Member Laura Vogelsang addressed the company's operating results and strategic outlook. More than 70 questions were posed and answered during the session.

Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor of the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, with approval rates of 99% and 89%, respectively. Over 70% of the share capital participated in the voting process.

The meeting also saw the re-election of Stefan Schütze to the Supervisory Board and the election of Dr. Olaf Hoppelshäuser, following the resignation of Rolf Sigmund. Schütze was confirmed as Chairman during the Supervisory Board's subsequent meeting.

The Platform Group AG operates in 22 sectors and has completed 24 investments and acquisitions since 2020. In 2023, the company reported pro-forma sales of EUR 441 million and an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 22.6 million.
