Saudi Tourism Authority Shines at WTM with Innovative Calendar and Destinations
On November 5, 2025, the Saudi Tourism Authority unveiled its 'Saudi Land' pavilion at the World Travel Market in London, highlighting its robust tourism sector. The showcase emphasized Saudi Arabia's ambitious projects, including the Red Sea, AlUla, Riyadh, and Jeddah. Saudi Arabia aims to attract global partners, building on a record of 116 million visitors in 2024 and 60.9 million in the first half of 2025.
Noteworthy events like Formula 1 and the WWE Royal Rumble, part of Saudi's Unreal Calendar, were presented with the support of Cristiano Ronaldo. In addition to these, new developments such as Shura Island's luxury offerings and Six Flags Qiddiya were introduced, reaffirming the nation's dedication to hospitality and innovation.
Saudi signed multiple MoUs with global brands at the event, illustrating its strategic priorities in tourism partnerships. With more than 500 meetings scheduled, Saudi is set on its path to becoming a year-round global travel destination.
