The Société de la Tour Eiffel announces the sale of a real estate complex in Paris

The Société de la Tour Eiffel has announced the sale of an office property complex located at 12 rue Auber, Paris 9th, to Herrmann Immeubles. This Haussmann-style building of approximately 2,400 m², acquired in 2008, is rented to several tenants and includes shops on the ground floor.

Christel Zordan, Managing Director, said that this sale helps finance future developments in line with the strategy established in 2022. Advice for this transaction includes the Wargny Katz, Savills and Strategies & Corp study on the seller side, as well as the study C&C, Theop and Archers on the buyer side.
