The transfer of Fermentalg to Euronext Growth Paris will be effective on April 16, 2024

Fermentalg, a French company specializing in microalgae, announced that the transfer of the listing of its shares to Euronext Growth Paris will be carried out on April 16, 2024. This change, approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on February 2, 2024 and by the Committee of Euronext admissions on April 11, 2024, aims to benefit from a simplified market operation, better corresponding to the characteristics of the company.

As part of this transfer, Fermentalg will maintain its current financial communication, including the quarterly publication of financial information and the preparation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards.
