The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its significant position in AngloGold Ashanti plc, holding 4.05% of the company's USD 1 ordinary shares, according to a filing under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. This disclosure dated October 21, 2024, confirms its substantial interests in the mining giant.
