The Vanguard Group, Inc. has made a public disclosure concerning its stake in Ascential plc, as required by Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of October 4, 2024, Vanguard holds a 5.21% interest in Ascential, amounting to 10,664,879 of the 1.7p ordinary shares.

The disclosure also records a recent purchase of 5,828 shares and a sale of 560 shares, both conducted at 5.67 GBP per unit. Vanguard has not engaged in any cash-settled or stock-settled derivative transactions related to Ascential's securities.
