The Winters Group, Inc., Announces "Justice for All" Themed Racial Justice at Work Summit

The Winters Group, Inc., is hosting its annual Racial Justice at Work Summit from April 23 to 25, 2024, under the theme "Justice for All." This event, celebrating the company's 40th anniversary, comes in response to the current divisive climate affecting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. This year’s virtual summit seeks to provide a supportive community for DEI practitioners amidst recent challenges to DEI, including Supreme Court decisions and legislative restrictions on teaching about systematic inequality.

The summit will feature a diverse array of speakers, including Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, Mary-Frances Winters, Dr. Johnnetta Betsch Cole, and others, covering a wide range of topics from antiracism to the impact of bias in technology. Over 150 thought leaders will engage attendees with more than 60 sessions, keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking opportunities, aiming to foster a collaborative environment for justice advocates.
