Review of the first half of 2025 of the Theraclion liquidity contract

Theraclion, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced the results of its liquidity contract with Crédit Industriel et Commercial for the first half of 2025. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account included 21,250 shares and 10,020.89 euros.

During this period, 471,393 shares were purchased for an amount of 108,187.85 euros through 1,003 transactions, while 522,548 shares were sold for 115,040.94 euros through 845 transactions. At the time of signing the contract, the liquidity account had 31,850 shares and 27,935.01 euros.
