Thermador Groupe a finalisé l'acquisition de Compteur-energie.com. Cette transaction, annoncée le 4 juillet 2024, portait sur l'achat de 100 % des actions de Compteur-energie.com, OTMetric et MyMeterInfo. L'acquisition a été finalisée le 31 juillet 2024, avec le transfert de fonds.

L'acquisition intégrera 7 nouveaux collaborateurs au sein de Thermador Groupe, dont les managers Thierry Dupont et Olivier Mogenot.
