Thomas Pfaadt Appointed as New Chief Financial Officer of Vita 34 AG
The Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG has announced the appointment of Thomas Pfaadt as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2024.
Pfaadt brings over 20 years of experience in finance, with a background in M&A, Corporate Finance, and management roles in notable German healthcare companies. Before joining Vita 34 AG, he was the CFO and Managing Director at C-Lecta GmbH.
Jakub Baran, CEO of Vita 34 AG, expressed enthusiasm about Pfaadt joining the team, highlighting that his expertise completes the Management Board after a few months of vacancy.
As CFO, Pfaadt will oversee Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, and Administration. His initial term is set for three years.
