Thomson Reuters Acquires Pagero, Expanding Global E-Invoicing and Indirect Tax Solutions
Thomson Reuters Corporation announced the completion of its acquisition of Pagero Group AB for approximately USD 800 million. This marks the sixth acquisition by Thomson Reuters since the beginning of 2023, totaling about $2.1 billion in investments. Pagero, known for its e-invoicing and Smart Business Network, connects 90,000 customers and reaches over 14 million companies worldwide, emphasizing the ease of automated, secure, and compliant business transactions.
