The Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) has crossed the threshold of 10% of ORANGE's voting rights downwards. This declaration, received on November 20, 2024, detailed that this crossing resulted from a transfer of shares by CNP Assurances, one of the entities under its supervision. As of November 14, 2024, the CDC held 316,486,389 shares, or 11.90% of the capital and 9.98% of the company's voting rights.

The distribution of shares shows that Bpifrance Participations holds the majority with 254,219,602 shares, representing 8.01% of the voting rights. CNP Assurances and LBP Prévoyance also participate in this group, although to a lesser extent. The control structure of the rights is mainly under the aegis of CDC, thus confirming its persistent influence in the company despite the downward crossing.
