Threshold Crossing at Pernod Ricard

On February 12, 2025, Wellington Management Group LLP crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of the capital of Pernod Ricard. This information was communicated on February 13, 2025 by the company, in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code. Wellington Management now holds 12,410,855 shares, or 4.92% of the capital and 4.10% of the voting rights.

This crossing follows a sale of shares on the market. Of the shares held, 1,251,190 are ADRs representing 250,235 Pernod Ricard shares. A portion of 174,900 shares is also held on behalf of clients, without voting rights attributed to Wellington Management.
