Threshold crossing by Bpifrance in ABIONYX PHARMA

On December 10, 2024, Bpifrance declared that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of voting rights in the company ABIONYX PHARMA. This crossing took place on December 5, 2024. The transaction was carried out indirectly via Bpifrance Participations, which now holds 1,630,451 ABIONYX PHARMA shares. These shares represent 4.67% of the capital and 7.34% of the voting rights of the company.

It should be noted that this change results from the allocation of double voting rights in favor of Bpifrance Participations. On the other hand, no fractional change is noted for EPIC Bpifrance which, directly, does not hold any shares or voting rights.
