Threshold crossing by Invesco Ltd. in the capital of NEURONES
The company NEURONES, listed on Euronext Paris, has received notification of threshold crossing from Invesco Ltd. on May 28, 2024.
Invesco Ltd., based in Atlanta, declared that it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of the capital of NEURONES on May 27, 2024. This crossing resulted from a sale of shares on the market.
Post-divestment, Invesco Ltd. holds 1,210,103 NEURONES shares, i.e. 4.98% of the capital and 3.03% of the voting rights, managed on behalf of different funds.
