Threshold crossing by SITAM Belgium in TRANSGENE SA

The company TRANSGENE SA, listed on Euronext Paris, announced the downward crossing of the 5% voting rights threshold by SITAM Belgium. This crossing was declared by letters received on September 12, 2024. SITAM Belgium, a public limited company under Belgian law located in Brussels and controlled by the Dassault family, now holds 4,824,856 TRANSGENE SA shares.

These shares represent 3.65% of the capital and 4.85% of the voting rights of TRANSGENE, a decrease resulting from a capital increase of TRANSGENE SA, effective since July 30, 2024. The transaction was documented in particular in the prospectus approved by the AMF on July 31, 2024.
