Threshold crossings at Groupe Partouche

On September 13, 2024, Mr. Patrick Partouche declared that he had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Groupe Partouche via the company Ispar Holding. This acquisition, made off-market on July 17, 2024, brings his stake to 505,237 shares, or 5.25% of the capital.

In addition, Ispar Holding also crossed the 5% threshold on September 13, 2024, bringing its stake to 508,519 shares, or 5.28% of the capital.
