Tier One Silver Engages Capital Markets and Corporate Communications Firms

Tier One Silver Inc. (TSXV:TSLV)(OTCQB:TSLVF) has announced the engagement of Strike Communications Inc. for corporate communications and capital markets support. Led by Julia Becker, Strike will assist Tier One with its capital markets strategy and investor relations. Ms. Becker brings 15 years of industry experience, including her role with Osino Resources, recently sold to Yintai for C$368 million.

The agreement has a one-year term starting June 1, 2024, and can be terminated with 30 days' notice. Strike will receive C$8,500 monthly and 300,000 options. Additionally, Tier One has engaged GRA Enterprises LLC for a six-month term to provide communications and media services starting May 21, 2024. GRA will receive US$50,000 for its services.

CEO Peter Dembicki expressed enthusiasm about the new partnerships, highlighting the potential to expand Tier One's shareholder base and enhance capital markets strategy as the company prepares for further exploration at its Curibaya project.
