Tocvan Announces High-Grade Targets at Gran Pilar Through Soil Sampling
Tocvan Ventures Corp. has announced promising exploration results from its Gran Pilar gold-silver project in Sonora, Mexico. Notable high-grade soil sampling results include 21.2 g/t gold and over 2,000 g/t silver, 1,000 meters northeast of the Main Zone. Additional sampling shows potential with 2.4 g/t gold and 21.9 g/t silver, 1,700 meters east of the Main Zone. A total of 541 soil samples were collected over a two-square-kilometer area where Tocvan holds a 100% interest.
The exploration revealed several high-value zones, indicating multiple kilometers of potential mineralization. With soil samples showing gold values above 0.02 g/t being considered anomalous, the company is set for further follow-up evaluations. CEO Brodie Sutherland commented on the volcanic potential, underlining that these findings coincide with historical workings and are situated in areas previously unexplored systematically. As surface exploration continues, Tocvan aims to outline targets for future drill programs.
