Tocvan Ventures Begins Core Drilling at Gran Pilar Project

Tocvan Ventures Corp. has initiated core drilling at its Gran Pilar Gold Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. The company aims to complete nine core drill holes, funded through a joint venture with Colibri Resources Corp., to create a geological model for resource estimation in the Main Zone.

Before the holiday break, four RC drillholes spanning 776.2 meters were finished in an expansion area, with results anticipated soon. The drilling extends the exploration boundaries further. This year, the company plans to continue RC drilling throughout.

CEO Brodie Sutherland highlights the importance of 2025, focusing on expanding the resource estimate and establishing a test mine with production expected in the third quarter. Tocvan aims to use diverse recovery methods for gold and silver, with plans to process up to 50,000 tonnes of material.
