Tocvan Ventures Corp Updates on Gran Pilar Project

Tocvan Ventures Corp. has completed ten core drillholes, totaling over 1,122 meters, at their Gran Pilar Gold Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. The first three drillholes’ samples have been sent for laboratory analysis, with results pending. The review of core samples highlights key structures and rock characterization, crucial for infill and expansion of known mineralization corridors.

The recent site visit identified a new target outcrop one kilometer northeast of the Main Zone, featuring silicified hematite-breccia within a soil anomaly. This area shows promising potential for future exploration and resource expansion.

In addition, Tocvan's Board has approved a grant of stock options and issued shares for interest payment on Convertible Notes. Tocvan continues to strategize the development of a pilot facility for material processing to highlight the project's economic potential amidst rising gold prices.
