Tonies SE Reports Profitable Growth and Sets Positive 2025 Guidance

Tonies SE continues its trajectory of profitable growth, reporting a 20.3% increase in H1 2025 revenue to EUR 176.6 million in constant currency (cc). North America led with a 28.3% increase, contributing EUR 70.9 million, while the Rest of the World saw a 76.4% jump to EUR 34.9 million. Although the DACH region slightly decreased by 1.3% due to early orders, it remained a strong contributor.

Adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 2.1%, indicative of operational efficiency amidst challenges. The group anticipates over 25% revenue growth for the full year, supported by a strong international presence. Improved product and channel mixes have also bolstered margins.

Changes in the management board, including the appointment of a new CFO and a Chief Revenue Officer, align with tonies' ambitious global expansion strategy. The company maintains its leadership in the children's interactive audio platform market with 9.5 million Tonieboxes sold worldwide since 2016.
