TONNELLERIE FRANCOIS FRERES: Documents available for the 2024 AGM
Tonnellerie François Frères – TFF Group has announced the availability of documents relating to the Combined General Meeting scheduled for October 25, 2024. Shareholders are invited to come to the head office in Saint Romain (21190) at 11 a.m.
The prior notice, including the agenda, draft resolutions and participation and voting procedures, was published in BALO No. 107 of September 4, 2024. The information is available on the TFF Group website, under the “Shareholders / General Meetings” section.
For the year 2024, TFF Group posts a turnover of 486.5 million euros and a net profit of 58.4 million euros, with a presence in 80 countries and a workforce of 1,802 employees.
