Tonner Drones convenes its general meeting and expands its strategy

Tonner Drones announces that it will hold its general meeting on October 21. Shareholders will vote on several resolutions, including a mandate for a new strategy. The company recently completed a restructuring and refinancing process, including the termination of its equity lines. The new management aims to help other listed companies exit restrictive financing structures.

Shareholders will also have to vote on the appointment of Olaf Graeff and David Cloetingh as new directors. Both have extensive experience as independent investors. This appointment is expected to support the company's future growth.

Jean Francois Ott and Brad Taylor will step down as chairman and CEO, respectively. Their departures are part of the company's efforts to reduce costs and debt. The measures taken will be subject to shareholder approval at the meeting.

Diede van den Ouden, the new CEO, expresses his confidence in the initiatives taken to prepare the company for future growth and achieve profitability in 2025. The meeting will be held in Paris, and the full resolutions are available on the Tonner Drones website.
