Topline Capital Management Reduces Stake in NamSys Inc.
Topline Capital Management, LLC, based in Santa Monica, has announced the sale of its common shares in NamSys Inc. Before this transaction, Topline held approximately 18% of NamSys's issued and outstanding shares. Following the sale, Topline now controls 1,060,000 shares, which is 4% of the total shares.
The sale was part of Topline's investment strategy. The company may consider purchasing more shares depending on future market conditions. This change in holdings has triggered a regulatory filing under Canada's National Instrument 62-103, which deals with take-over bids and insider reporting issues.
