Proxy Advisory Firms Endorse Tornado's Arrangement Resolution
Tornado Infrastructure Equipment Ltd. announced that two leading independent proxy advisory firms, including Institutional Shareholder Services, recommend Tornado securityholders vote in favor of the Arrangement Resolution. This resolution will be presented at the Special Meeting on December 2, 2025.
Brett Newton, CEO of Tornado, expressed satisfaction with the recommendations, which support the backing of over 70% of securityholders. The Board of Directors also unanimously endorses a favorable vote.
