Total number of voting rights and shares at EMEIS
EMEIS has published information on the total number of voting rights and shares outstanding as of November 30, 2024. The share capital consists of 161,091,884 shares outstanding. The total number of gross voting rights is 161,092,141, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 160,954,143.
Gross voting rights include those attached to shares deprived of this right, in accordance with Article L.233-7 of the French Commercial Code. According to Article 11 of the EMEIS statutes, any person crossing the threshold of 1% of the capital or voting rights must inform the company by registered letter within 5 days.
