Total number of voting rights and shares of GROUPE SFPI

GROUPE SFPI has published the figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of December 3, 2024, the number of shares stands at 94,352,007. The group has 154,485,510 theoretical voting rights, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 152,338,934.
