TotalEnergies Announces Voting Rights and Share Capital as of June 30, 2024
TotalEnergies SE has provided updated information regarding its voting rights and share capital as of June 30, 2024. This disclosure complies with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the AMF.
The total number of shares stands at 2,397,679,661. Theoretical voting rights also total 2,397,679,661. After accounting for 87,791,389 treasury shares, the number of exercisable voting rights is 2,309,888,272.
Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation mandates the calculation of theoretical voting rights based on all shares with attached voting rights, even those with suspended voting rights.
