TotalEnergies Discloses Share Buyback Transactions
Paris, September 9, 2024 – TotalEnergies SE has released information regarding recent purchases of its own shares. The purchases were conducted between September 2 and September 6, 2024, in accordance with authorizations from the shareholders' general meeting in May 2024 and relevant share repurchase laws.
The company acquired a total of 2,440,009 shares. The daily weighted average purchase price was EUR 60.901884 per share, leading to a total transaction value of EUR 148,601,144.80. These transactions took place across multiple markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
