TOTE Introduces First Retail Platform for Seamless Fitting Room Try-Ons
Shoppers can now curate their desired items online and have them ready in a fitting room when they arrive in-store, offering a more convenient and personalized experience.
NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESSWIRE / September 12, 2024 / TOTE, a retail technology company, has officially launched. The company bridges the gap between online shopping and in-store experiences and has partnered with over 80 stores and 50 brands, including well-known names like Simkhai, Bandier, and Ramy Brook.
TOTE allows customers to select items on a brand's website and have them waiting in a fitting room. Online-only retailers can also use the platform for virtual styling sessions. This innovative approach has yielded a 96% conversion rate and a 1.5-3x increase in average order value, while reducing the return rate to less than 2%.
The platform integrates with brands' ecommerce and store inventories, allowing for quick onboarding and a streamlined experience. TOTE also uses AI and ML to enhance recommendations and manage store flow.
As consumer expectations shift, TOTE aims to introduce new features and expand to 1,000 brands by the end of next year. CEO Daniel Nickel emphasizes that the goal is to enhance shopper experiences and foster stronger brand loyalty.
