Trading Resumes as fox e-mobility AG Addresses Legal Challenges
fox e-mobility AG has announced the resumption of trading of its shares on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange. The trading suspension, imposed on February 3, 2025, has been lifted by the Management Board. The company's capital resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting on January 31, 2025, faced no challenges, and the contestation period has expired.
The company plans to announce a detailed capital measure implementation strategy by April 14, 2025. The legal situation at its Swiss subsidiary, Fox Automotive Switzerland AG i.L., is under review. An appeal against the subsidiary's bankruptcy proceedings is pending. The Higher Court has temporarily halted enforcement of the bankruptcy proceedings, preserving the subsidiary's intellectual property for now.
