Aubay published its report on transactions on its own shares carried out as part of its share buyback program from May 27 to 31, 2024. Various transactions took place on several financial markets including XPAR, DXE, TQE and AQE.
On May 27, 2024, Aubay acquired a total of 3,447 shares with a weighted average price varying between €46.1000 and €46.5000 depending on the markets. The highest volume of shares (2,439 shares) was acquired on the XPAR market at €46.4680 per share.
In the following days, similar transactions were made. On May 28, the company acquired 3,149 shares at average prices between €45.4247 and €45.5000. On May 29, the total volume of acquisitions was 3,281 shares with an average price of €45.4260. Transactions on May 30 and 31 follow similar patterns with acquisitions of 3,069 and 3,352 shares respectively at average prices of €45.0324 and €45.0026.
