Paris, July 9, 2024 – Eagle Football Group has published details of the transactions carried out as part of its share buyback program. These operations took place between June 24 and 28, 2024.
The total volume of shares repurchased during this period amounts to 1,668 shares, with a weighted average acquisition price of 2.03 euros per share.
The transactions took place as follows: on June 24, 445 shares at 2.03 euros; on June 25, 403 shares at 2.03 euros; on June 26, 279 shares at 2.04 euros; on June 27, 125 shares at 1.99 euros and on June 28, 416 shares at 2.04 euros.
