Transactions in treasury shares from June 17 to 21, 2024 of HighCo

HighCo has published the details of its own share transactions carried out between June 17 and 21, 2024. These operations, carried out on the Euronext Paris (XPAR) market, aim to cover the free allocation of shares to its employees and agents.

Over this period, the company acquired a total of 13,486 shares, with daily volume varying from 1,500 to 3,000 shares. The weighted average prices for these transactions were between €2.64 and €2.89 per share. The unit price of the shares fluctuated slightly each day, ranging from €2.62 to €2.90.
