From February 19 to 21, 2025, VINCI carried out share buybacks in accordance with the authorization of the General Meeting of April 9, 2024. These shares, identified by the code FR0000125486, were acquired on various financial markets.
A total of 392,573 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 108.5942. Transactions took place mainly on the AQEU, CEUX, TQEX, and XPAR markets. The highest volumes were observed on February 19 with 72,000 shares on XPAR and on February 20 with 100,746 shares, also on XPAR.
